Myth : Product Based company is better than Service Based Companies

Most of us has a common thinking that Product Based Companies are good in Learning than Service Based companies.

and also

Startups are good in learning than in MNC's 

Well yes, we agree to disagree above mentioned lines or facts/ myths.


Myth/ Imagination (Majority Thoughts):

We all almost think, there is a good learning platform is waiting for us at Product based companies to grow in Career as well as in wealth.

Product Bases companies is almost/ entirely employee ideas driven company

In service based companies people work like Robots, and Do what organization says to employee.

At Service Based, No Employee is heard for his Ideas for Companies Growth

Startup have lot of exposure

MNC’s only have knowledge on particular stream line or narrow path.

MNC’s don’t expose their work culture to Employee. They keep it as a secret.

 

Reality/ Practical Work Life (Majority Thoughts):

Even in Product Based companies, they have Clients/Customer. Most of the Product companies rush / dictate employee what to do as a task with in a timeline.

And this is what happens at Service Based too.

Then where is the Difference?

In Few Service Based Companies too Give employee chance to Open up ideas for Companies growth and Values

Startup dump work on few, as the count of employees are less. Is Dump relating to Exposure? Yes we think so, As if we are working on various Domains.

MNC’s trains employee in one particular domain to the core.

 

For Eg:

From Grade  1 to 10 we study a lot

Then in Under Graduation We stream line to one Branch of Science

We do Post Graduation on particular Subject

We do Doctorate in One particular Topic

 

So somewhat our education system is showing, when we streamline or focus on only one particular thing, we are going ahead towards excellence.

But why same thing we are not thinking in Startup’s or MNC’s concept?

Excelling in one is better than Doing work with half knowledge in all domains.

 

At the end of Day.

Our Ultimate Goal is to serve customers/ clients in some or other way.

With

Learning – Earning – Work Life Balance

Difference between a muffler and a catalytic converter

A muffler makes the  car  quiet, the cat makes the exhaust clean. Cars built after 1974 originally had both, but it's legal to run with no muffler as long as the car isn't too loud. The cat is required, you can't pass emissions without one. Some people will remove the cat, if they live in a county without  emissions testing , but that is illegal. If you have a car with no  catalytic converter , and the muffler goes bad, sure you could put a cat on instead. They're more expensive, and louder, but that would get you legal. Actually, the cat is supposed to be mounted closer to the engine, where there is more exhaust heat to burn off exhaust crud. I suppose if you wanted to, you could run two catalytic converters. That would greatly restrict your exhaust and cut down on horsepower, probably reduce fuel economy as well. The advantages of using a Nitrox suspension - Gas charged suspensions. The rear shock absorbers on current Bajaj Pulsar series bikes are also popularly known as NITROX shock absorbers . These types of shock absorbers are actually called as ‘Gas Filled Shock Absorbers’. The visual differentiation between a conventional shock absorber and a gas filled shock absorber is a small canister (box) which is attached on one side of it. This canister holds a small amount of Nitrogen gas in it. Hence these hydraulic shock absorbers or dampers are called as gas filled shock absorbers. So what is the reason to use a gas filled hydraulic dampers instead of using a conventional one? we'll find out the answer here.
